Russia is my homeland! And in my post, I would like to show you the real Russia, not the likable postcard images shown in travel magazines.
Why do I think Russia is special?
I am not going to touch politics, but if I compare Russia to Scandinavia, central and western Europe – the key difference is how strong people feel their emotions. In Russia, things go from fantastically good to horribly bad. In Europe, everything is more balanced and under control.
I would like to show Russia as it is. From moments of happiness, when people party for several days in a row, to sad stories of monotony and despair.
Am I going to see touristic sights?
Well, life is short, so if I am covering them – I go for absolute best!
What are my plans for Russia’s content?
In the near future, I plan to create more content for St. Petersburg. It is my hometown where I always come back. It has a special place in my heart.
At some point, I plan to go Trans-Siberian and cover both the touristic and nontouristic sides of Russia.
